Kaustubha Das serves as Senior Educator of The Bhakti Center in New York City and is the Co-host of the Wisdom of the Sages yoga podcast, which has been ranked #1 in the world on Apple Podcasts in the category of Religion & Spirituality. He has a special way of making the teachings and practices of yoga very approachable and relevant. He has practiced bhakti-yoga philosophy and meditation for over thirty-five years in the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition. Kaustubha Das was initiated as a Vaishnava brahmana (teacher/priest) in 1990. Between the ages of 21 and 34 he lived as a Hindu monk, traveling and studying in ashrams in both India and America.
